These terms apply when you use our website or book a migration with MigrateWP. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to them. Last updated July 23, 2026.
MigrateWP moves WordPress sites from one host to another, including files, database, plugins, themes, and content. Standard and Priority Migration cover a single site as described on our pricing page. Custom Migration covers agencies, multisite networks, or projects with special requirements, and is scoped and quoted individually.
Pricing for Standard and Priority Migration is shown on our pricing page for reference. Payment is arranged directly with you before a migration begins. Custom Migration pricing is agreed with you before any work begins.
You're responsible for giving us accurate access to your site — hosting credentials, a WordPress administrator login, and DNS access where needed. If access you provide is incomplete or incorrect, it may delay your migration.
For every migration, we run a health check before we start, test the migration on our own testbench before touching your live site, and provide 14 days of support after go-live for anything related to the move.
If we haven't started your migration yet, you can cancel for a full refund by contacting us. Once a migration is underway, refunds are handled case by case.
We take care to test every migration before it touches your live site, but we can't guarantee a completely error-free outcome, particularly for sites with heavily customized code or third-party integrations. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that migration.
You agree not to use our services to migrate sites that host illegal content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems beyond the site you've asked us to migrate.
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
